How it works
From install to autopilot in three steps. Mylo adapts to you — not the other way around.
1. Design your AI's mind
When you first open Mylo, you define your AI's personality. This isn't a gimmick — it shapes how Mylo communicates, prioritizes, and makes decisions on your behalf.
You tell it:
- —How you think — your decision-making style, risk tolerance, communication preferences
- —What matters — your values, priorities, what you care about most
- —Where the lines are — what Mylo should never do without asking first
This configuration is called the Self. It's always loaded into every conversation. You can edit it anytime.
2. Give it your goals
Set up your Rooms — workspaces for different parts of your life. Each Room is a custom app tailored to a specific domain.
You might create:
- —A Business Room to manage clients, track revenue, and plan strategy
- —A Health Room to log workouts, track habits, and monitor sleep
- —A Content Room to plan posts, draft scripts, and schedule publishing
You can build Rooms from scratch using natural language, or install pre-built Bundles from the marketplace. Mylo scans your existing data and pre-fills what it can.
3. Let it work
Once configured, Mylo operates continuously. It doesn't wait for prompts.
What this looks like in practice:
- —It notices a client hasn't responded in 5 days and drafts a follow-up
- —It detects a deadline approaching and adjusts your task priorities
- —It spots a spending anomaly and flags it before it becomes a problem
- —It runs scheduled automations — daily summaries, weekly reports, recurring tasks
You stay in control. Mylo suggests, plans, and executes — but always within the boundaries you set in Step 1. High-risk actions always ask for confirmation first.
Under the hood
Mylo's proactivity is powered by a cognitive architecture with five stages: Perceive (detect signals), Reason (analyze context), Decide (choose action), Plan (break into steps), and Validate (check against your boundaries).
The AI uses a smart routing system — simple tasks go to fast, lightweight models; complex reasoning escalates to Mylo Frontier. This keeps performance high without sacrificing quality when it matters.
