Agreement
By downloading or using Mylo, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the application.
License
Mylo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on your devices. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
Your content
You own all data you create within Mylo. We do not claim any rights to your content. When using cloud sync, your data is stored securely and encrypted, and is only accessible by you.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Unused compute and credits do not carry over between billing cycles unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mylo for illegal activities, to harass others, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Limitation of liability
Mylo is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the application.
