What is Mylo?
Mylo is a desktop AI ecosystem that adapts to your entire life. It's not a chatbot or a single-purpose tool — it's one platform where you can build, manage, and automate anything. Business, health, finance, content, learning — each gets its own Room, powered by an AI agent that understands your context.
What platforms does Mylo support?
Mylo runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Built with Tauri for native performance — no Electron, no web wrapper. Your data stays on your machine with a local-first architecture.
What are Rooms?
Rooms are personalized workspaces for different areas of your life. Each Room is essentially a custom app — build it yourself with AI-assisted vibe coding, or activate a pre-built Bundle from the marketplace. Business CRM, health tracker, finance dashboard — each is a Room.
How is Mylo different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a conversation tool. Mylo is an ecosystem. It remembers context across sessions, plans ahead, executes tasks autonomously, and adapts to your personality. It doesn't wait for prompts — it proactively helps based on your goals and schedule.
AI & Privacy
Is my data private?
Yes. Mylo is local-first — your data lives on your device. Cloud sync is optional and only available on paid plans when you explicitly enable it. We don't harvest, sell, or train on your data.
Does Mylo train on my data?
Never. Your conversations, Rooms, and personal data are yours. Mylo does not send your data to train any AI model. Cloud sync only stores what you explicitly enable — and only to serve you.
Can I use my own AI models?
Yes. Mylo supports local models via Ollama and BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for any cloud API — Anthropic, OpenAI, and others. BYOK usage doesn't count against your compute budget.
What is Mylo Frontier?
Mylo Frontier is our most capable AI tier — available on Max and Ultra plans. It gives you access to the highest-performing models for complex reasoning, long-context tasks, and intensive work. Pro plans use Mylo cloud AI, which handles the vast majority of everyday tasks with ease.
Pricing
Is Mylo free?
Yes. The free plan includes every feature — Rooms, AI agents, automation, the marketplace — with local AI. You can also bring your own API key for cloud-quality AI at no extra cost. Paid plans add cloud AI usage, sync, and automation capacity. See pricing →
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
Mylo automatically falls back to your local AI model. Everything still works — you stay productive. You can also purchase extra usage at any time from your account settings.
What are Bundle credits?
Credits activate pre-built Room packages from the Mylo marketplace — a freelancer CRM, health tracker, finance dashboard. A typical Bundle costs around 30 credits/month. Credits reset every billing cycle and don't roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel or downgrade at any time — effective at the end of your billing period. Your data stays on your device regardless. No lock-in, no export fees.
Do you offer refunds?
