Overview

Mylo is a local-first desktop application. Your data is stored on your device and stays there unless you explicitly choose cloud sync on a paid plan. We believe your personal information belongs to you.

Data collection

Mylo does not collect personal data by default. The application runs entirely on your computer. When you use cloud features (sync, server-side automations), only the data you choose to sync is transmitted to our servers via encrypted connections.

AI processing

When using cloud AI models (paid plans), your prompts are sent to our LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for processing. These providers do not use your data for training. When using local models or BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), no data leaves your device.

Analytics

We collect minimal, anonymous usage analytics (e.g., app launches, feature usage frequency) to improve Mylo. No personal content, conversation data, or identifiable information is included. You can opt out entirely in Settings.

Third-party services

Mylo integrates with third-party services only when you explicitly connect them (e.g., Telegram, calendar). Each integration requires your consent and can be revoked at any time.

Data deletion

Your local data can be deleted at any time by removing the application. For cloud-synced data, you can request complete deletion through your account settings or by contacting us.
